Election Day!

Primary Election Day is Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 42 Voting Convenience Centers across Dona Ana County.

Early Voting


Early Voting began at the Dona Ana County Government building, 845 N. Motel Boulevard on May 7, 2024.

Expanded Voting 

Expanded Voting Locations opened Saturday, May 18, 2024. Las Cruces City Hall (700 N. Main Street) is one of those locations. (Voting at Las Cruces City Hall takes place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday- Saturday until June 1.)

Requests for absentee ballots must be in by May 21, 2024/ Ballots must be returned by 7 p.m. on June 4, 2024.
