Doña Ana County will hold an online community meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 3 to gather more feedback on the Parks, Recreation, and Community Centers Master Plan.

The GO Bond passed in November 2025, providing funding for new and improved parks, community centers, trails, and recreation amenities. The Master Plan will guide how this funding is prioritized and invested to best serve residents throughout Doña Ana County.
The virtual meeting offers an additional opportunity for residents who were unable to attend an in-person session, or who would like to provide additional feedback, to participate in the planning process from the convenience of their home or mobile device. County staff and the consultant team will present a summary of what was heard during the community meetings and outline the next steps in developing draft recommendations.

Participants will have the opportunity to share input on priorities for improving existing facilities, adding new amenities, enhancing accessibility, expanding programming, and strengthening connections across the parks and trails system.
Input gathered during the meeting will help refine draft recommendations, which will be shared publicly before the plan is finalized and presented to the Doña Ana County Board of County Commissioners for public hearing and approval later this spring.
The online community meeting will be held:
5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3
