NM State opened their weekend in Corpus Christi with a matchup against former WAC rival UT Arlington but came up short, falling 4-0 to the Mavericks.

In doubles play, Itay Feigin and Holland Snell delivered a strong performance, securing a 6-1 victory over Yazid Lahjomri and Dan Perez-Caraballo. However, the Aggies were unable to carry that momentum into the remaining two doubles matches, allowing UT Arlington to claim the doubles point.
Despite a competitive effort in singles, NM State pushed two of three completed matches to a deciding third set but couldn’t break through, as the Mavericks clinched three straight wins to secure the match victory.
