Las Cruces Fire Department responded to a structure fire on the 4500 block of Nambe Arc at approximately 11:20 a.m. on Sunday, March 2, 2025.
There were reports of two people trapped inside. Upon arrival crews found a room on fire. The fire was brought under control in approximately 10 minutes from units arriving on scene.
A total of 18 firefighters and investigating personnel responded to the incident. The two occupants of the residence were transported to a local hospital for injuries sustained while exiting the structure.
