The Doña Ana County Road Department announces plans for a fog seal application on selected roads in the La Mesa area. The fog seal application is scheduled to take place from February 26, 2024, to March 1, 2024. The affected roads include Lister Road and Rusty Spur Lane. There will be one-lane traffic with traffic control measures in place. However, the roads will remain open to traffic throughout the fog seal application period.
