The Transit Section would like to thank our Bus Operator, Rudy Alvarez for going above and beyond in his job duties. The Transit Section received a delightful email from a community resident thanking Rudy Alvarez for being so pleasant and instructive.  “While waiting for the bus route to start, I witnessed Rudy escort a male passenger off another route that needed assistance.” This resident was a first-time rider in over 30 plus years and was astonished by the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER service Rudy provided to another customer. “Thank you, Rudy, and Cariño to you.”
