Senior Diver Casey Schmitt placed an impressive 33rd in Platforms at the NCAA Zone E Qualifier in Flagstaff, AZ. She performed well with dives of lesser difficulty, and in her 5th and final dive, she garnered 12th place for the round. While her performance did not qualify her to move on to the NCAA Championships, we commend her efforts and her time as an Aggie Diver.

Freshman Mira Tinani competed in Platforms, and the previous day, in 3M Board. She finished 38th and 41st, respectively. In the 3m competition, she garnered a 6th place finish for the final round when she changed her programmed dive and upped the difficulty. On Platform, her 5th and final dive resulted in a “balk”, costing her the points necessary to move on to the finals. Still, a very strong showing from our Freshman Aggie Diver.
