This month’s MedTalk will be about Sleep: The Importance of Less Stress, More Rest, and Sleep Hygiene.

MedTalk is a collaboration between Las Cruces Public Libraries and some of the students at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, at New Mexico State University. The talks are intended to be a semi-regular series, each of a different topic, presented by medical students.

The program provides an opportunity for these students to help the community and for residents to gain knowledge and ask questions about common health concerns.
