Adult Basketball League Registration in Las Cruces

The Parks & Recreation Department will offer online team registration for the summer Adult Basketball League beginning at 9 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2024.

Interested players can register for Adult Basketball, under “Youth and Adult Sports” online registration available here. There is a $200 entry fee and 100% is due at registration with four games guaranteed.

Space is limited in all divisions and registration is first-come, first-served. Games will begin the week of May 28, 2024.

The following divisions will be offered: 

  • Women’s Open – 18-years old and older.
  •  Men’s Open – 18-years old and older.
  •  Men’s 29-years old and older.
  •  Men’s 39-years old and older.

Team guidelines

  • Team managers will be required to attend the managers meeting scheduled on May 21, 2024, at Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave.
  • Complete and signed rosters must be submitted during the managers meeting.
  • Team managers will be responsible for relaying rules and league information to participants on their roster.
  • Participants will be required to check in at the scorer’s table before the start of each scheduled game with a valid picture ID.
  • Participants will be required to wear a numbered jersey of a specific team color. (jersey colors will be assigned at registration). Duplicate numbers, taped-on numbers, and cut-off T-shirts displaying skin and undergarments will NOT be allowed.
  • Games will be scheduled once a week, (Monday through Thursday) between 5:45 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.
  • Schedule accommodations will not be allowed.
