Parking Lot Closure for Film Production in Las Cruces

An alternate parking area has been identified on N. Church Street across from the United States Postal Service Office. On-street parking is also available on Church Street adjacent to this alternate parking lot.

The City of Las Cruces and Film New Mexico are working together to accommodate a film production in Las Cruces. Producers of the film, Summer Machine, have requested the use of Parking Lot #1 which is located in front of 100 S. Church Street between Wednesday, May 18 and Thursday, May 23, 2024. This lot is located directly across from the entrance to Municipal Court located at 135 E. Griggs Avenue. The closure will mean the parking lot will be unavailable for public parking during the requested dates from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. daily.
