A ceremony to administer the Oath of Office to James DeRossitt, Municipal Judge II, was conducted at 7:30 a.m. Monday, May 20, 2024.

DeRossitt fills a vacancy that was created in January when Judge Anthony Filosa was named Municipal Judge I. Judge DeRossitt is expected to serve until January 2026. His term began immediately after he took the Oath this morning.

Administering the Oath was District Court Judge Conrad Perea. Standing beside DeRossitt was his wife, Haley DeRossitt.
