Teen Connection 2024-2025 After School Enrichment Program Registration

The City of Las Cruces Teen Connection Program will offer registration for the 2024-2025 school year starting Monday, July 8, 2024, and will continue to Friday, July 19, 2023.

Online registration will be available online at www.lascruces.gov/teens. Registration will also be available at the following locations during regular business hours: 

  • Parks & Recreation Department administrative office, 1501 E. Hadley Ave., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.
  • Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave., 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
  • Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center, 1401 E. Hadley Ave., 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday.
  • Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The program will serve students grades 6 – 12 and has limited spaces available that will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Program start date is Monday, July 22, 2024.

The program is offered at Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave. Program hours of operation will be 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and will follow the Las Cruces Public Schools calendar.

Programming will consist of academic assistance, a nutritional component, various recreational and creative activities, guest speakers, and age-appropriate enrichment opportunities, in a safe and helpful environment. Special events for teens will be scheduled throughout the school year to provide all community youth an opportunity to attend.
