Monday, Sept. 30, will mark the beginning of the Aggies’ second tournament of the fall semester as they partake in the Mark Simpson Colorado Invite hosted by the University of Colorado at Colorado Nation Golf Club in Erie, Colo.

The tournament in the Rocky Mountains will be followed by the marquee event of the fall season when NM State joins Texas, Stanford and New Mexico at the NB3 Match Play in Santa Ana Pueblo, N.M. on Oct. 8-9. This signature event will be hosted by New Mexico native and former PGA Tour pro Notah Begay III and will be shown live on Golf Channel.

NM State will then wrap up its fall season on its home course as it hosts the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate at the NM State Golf Course. This is scheduled to be played on Oct. 14-15 with the Aggies looking to earn a third-consecutive team title at this event.

Following nearly three months off, the Aggies will return to competition in Tucson, Ariz., where they will play in the N.I.T. hosted by the University of Arizona at Omni Tucson National on Feb. 3-4. This will be followed by the Border Olympics on Feb. 17-18 at Laredo Country Club in Laredo, Texas.

NM State will then make its return to the state of Arizona for its ensuing two tournaments. First, the Aggies will compete in the GCU Invitational in Phoenix on March 11-12 before traveling back to Tucson to take on the field at the Arizona Thunderbirds Invitational on March 17-18.

The Aggies’ spring season continues on March 23-25 at the iconic Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla, Calif., where NM State will compete at the UC San Diego Invitational. Three weeks later, the Aggies will travel to Bryan, Texas, where they will wrap up their regular season at the Aggie Invitational on April 12-13 at The Traditions Club.

Finally, NM State will collide with the other eight Conference USA programs in Texarkana, Ark., at the CUSA Championships. As they did in 2024, the Aggies’ quest for a CUSA title will take place at the Texarkana Country Club on April 21-24.

This season the Aggies’ roster will feature eight returners, including seniors Alexandre BauduinEthan Klose and Aidan Thomas. Joining the trio of seniors, NM State will also return talented juniors Javier Delgadillo and Anthony Lara who each finished inside the top 16 at the 2024 CUSA Championship.
