Assessor’s and Treasurer’s Offices’ online services unavailable briefly for an upgrade

The Doña Ana County Assessor’s Office is upgrading its server at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, to better serve the public.

That means some of the online services both the Assessor’s and the Treasurer’s Offices provide, such as online real property searches and tax payments searches will be unavailable, briefly.  The old server will be shut down at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5 and the new, upgraded server is expected to be fully operational, by 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 9.

The server upgrade is expected to improve online customer service.

“We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience, while we upgrade the server that supports online services,” County Assessor Eugenia “Gina” Montoya Ortega said.
