Going into day two of the Wildcat Invitational, the Aggies earned six victories, with two coming from doubles play in the Red Draw.

In singles play, Holland Snell secured the Aggies’ first point of the day by overcoming San Diego State’s Liam Spiers with a straight-set victory, 6-2, 6-4. The Aggies added three more singles victories, starting with Lance Urlaub’s commanding performance against UNLV’s Roberto Hernandez, 7-6 (0-4). Patrick Lohmann followed with a 6-4, 6-4 win over NAU’s Ivan Perisic, while Henrik Lynum mounted an impressive comeback against UNLV’s Dusan Rsovac, rallying to claim the final two sets 7-5, 10-8.
Although the Aggies came up short in doubles play yesterday, they bounced back with two victories in the Red Draw. The pairs of Feigin/Wallin and Urlaub/Lohmann delivered strong performances to secure wins for the team. Feigin and Wallin beat out New Mexico’s Connor Dils and Phil Bosin in a 7-6 (0-6) tiebreaker, while Urlaub and Lohmann won their match against UNLV’s Illia Maksymchuk and Roberto Hernandez, with an 6-1 victory.
