After ending last week on a high note, the Aggie men’s golf program returns to action on Monday morning as they travel to southern Nevada to participate in the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate alongside 21 other programs and several individuals at Reflection Bay Golf Club.

Aggie Men Make Way to Nevada for Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate

After ending last week on a high note, the Aggie men’s golf program returns to action on Monday morning as they travel to southern Nevada to participate in the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate alongside 21 other programs and several individuals at Reflection Bay Golf Club.

Monday will mark the start of a 54-hole tournament with teams playing 18 holes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Joining the Aggies in Henderson will be a trio of ranked programs in No. 37 South Florida, No. 45 VCU and No. 49 Long Beach State. Additionally, the field will also include Arkansas State, Central Arkansas, DePaul, Kansas City, Little Rock, Louisiana, Middle Tennessee, North Texas, Northern Illinois, Santa Clara, South Alabama, Southern Illinois, Stetson, Texas State, Toledo, UAB, UNC Wilmington and Utah Tech.
 
The Aggie lineup will include sophomore Javier Delgadillo who is coming off his second top-five finish of the 2023-24 season as he recorded a t-5 placement at the Border Olympics last week. Delgadillo will also play alongside teammates Alvaro MoralesVari MariscalEthan Klose and Alexandre Bauduin. As a team, the Aggies used a final round surge to finish tenth at the Border Olympics as they posted the day’s lowest score last Tuesday in Laredo, Texas.
 
Reflection Bay Golf Club is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design and resides on the luxurious Lake Las Vegas just 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Built in 1998, Reflection Bay Golf Club is the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Design in Nevada and played host to the Wendy’s 3Tour Challenge from 1998 to 2007.
