NM State will compete in four regular season meets, including hosting the 2024 Lori Fitzgerald Memorial Open.

Months removed from a third-place finish at the 2024 CUSA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, NM State is back in action this fall to kick of their 2024-25 campaign. On Friday, Head Coach Joseph Rath announced the 2024 Cross Country schedule.
The Aggies will open their season by hosting the Lori Fitzgerald Memorial Open at the NMSU Golf Course on Aug. 31. Schools set to compete at the meet include Texas Tech, Arizona, New Mexico, UTEP, EPCC, NMJC and NM State.
Staying in the Land of Enchantment, NM State will then travel to Albuquerque on Sept. 14, for the Lobo Invitational, hosted by New Mexico at the UNM North Golf Course.
On Sept. 28, the Crimson & White make their first trek outside the state, heading to Tucson for the Dave Murray Invitational, hosted by the University of Arizona at the Randolph Golf Course.
NM State closes their regular season with the Arturo Barrios Invitational on Oct. 18, hosted by Texas A&M, one of the largest cross country meets of the season.
The 2024 CUSA Cross Country Championships will take place on Nov. 2, hosted by Jacksonville State at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Ala. Last season, the Aggies took xth place at the 2023 CUSA Cross Country Championships.
Should the Aggies have student-athletes qualify for the NCAA Mountain Regional, it is set to take place on Nov. 15 at the Washoe County Golf Course in Reno, Nev., hosted by the University of Nevada.
