Shortly after, Whitney Moon and Dora Kurdi were awarded a walkover victory, that would secure the doubles point for NM State as they would take a one point lead going into singles action.

In singles action, Montana Parkinson-Lubold earned a straight-set victory at the No. 4 position, overpowering Chloe Vu 6-0, 6-3. The remaining matches went unfinished, as the Aggies had already clinched the win.
