TULSA, Okla. – After a historic weekend in Lubbock, the Aggies continued their road swing with a doubleheader against Tulsa on Friday. Despite their efforts, NM State came up short in both matches, falling 7-0 to the Golden Hurricane.

MATCH ONE | NM State 0, Tulsa 7
The Aggies opened the day with a challenging battle but ultimately fell 7-0. One of the most competitive moments came in doubles play, where Lance Urlaub and Roko Stipetic pushed Connor Doig and Gus Tettamble to the limit before narrowly dropping a 7-6 (7-1) decision.
MATCH TWO | NM State 0, Tulsa 4
In the second match of the day, NM State showed resilience but was unable to break through, falling 4-0. Matias Rojas delivered a strong effort in singles play, battling Connor Doig in a tightly contested match before play was halted at 7-6, 3-1.

The Aggies will have a day to regroup before facing Illinois State on Sunday, Feb. 9, in Tulsa.
