Lane closures are possible on Avenida de Mesilla between Calle del Norte and Calle de Parian from Monday, April 1, 2024, to Friday, April 5, 2024.

The lane closures may be needed to locate the City of Las Cruces wastewater force main on Avenida de Mesilla.

Speeding fines will be doubled in the work zone and detours will be in effect. Motorists should obey all posted signs. Affected residents also are urged to follow detour signs.

RoadRUNNER Transit Route 4 will be affected and will have an alternate route. The project is within Mesilla town limits.

The City has verified no conflicting public or private construction projects will take place in the immediate area at that time.
