It’s onion season in New Mexico, and NMDA’s Fruit & Vegetable Inspection team is grading onions and performing audits to ensure quality, consistency, and food safety. Under a cooperative agreement with USDA, NMDA provides unbiased inspections and GAP audits that support ag growth and market access across the state.
