Camino Coyote Lane, east of Sonoma Ranch Boulevard, is temporarily closed as part of the East Mesa Water Reclamation Booster Pump Station construction project.

The project has temporarily limited access to the lobby of the East Mesa Public Safety Complex which houses Fire Station 8 and some offices for the Las Cruces Police Department.

Anyone wishing to file or obtain a police report can do so at Las Cruces Police Department headquarters, 217 E. Picacho Ave. Police reports can also be made by calling (575) 526-0795.

Those wishing to obtain a burn permit from the Las Cruces Fire Department can do so at Fire Station 1, 201 E. Picacho Ave.

The road closure is anticipated to last at least one week.
