In times of confusion or concern, having someone who listens and responds quickly can make all the difference. Rudy Jaime recently stepped up to help a family navigate a challenging situation with kindness and care.
“I would like to send cariño to Rudy Jaime for his help in looking into a situation with my mother-in-law and the home care she had been receiving. She is 95, doesn’t hear well, and has been getting more confused lately. It seems that she mistakenly requested that her home care services come to an end (maybe she didn’t understand the question?) and then she wanted to know why her home care person, who she adores, wasn’t coming anymore.
When I looked into it, Rudy was so quick to respond and arrange a re-assessment, as well as to include another family member to ensure understanding. Today she had the re-assessment and hopefully her services will start again – she is so grateful for them! Thanks for the wonderful program and for the responsiveness to our question!”
