I want to give Kudos to Sophia Palacios for her hard work and dedication to the RoadRUNNER Transit. Recently we had “Mobile Integrated Healthcare” training with Wes Smith and Paul Ford from the Fire department, and we didn’t have personnel to watch the CSR front desk. I asked Sophia if she could watch the front desk while we were in training, and she did not hesitate to help the team. In addition, Ms. Palacios creates a positive and professional atmosphere by demonstrating her strong work ethic. Thank you!
