City of Las Cruces Invites Neighbors to Register for “2024 Developing Youth Leaders Academy Program”

The City of Las Cruces is looking for high school students aged 14-18 who are interested in learning more about their city and how it functions in the upcoming 2024 Developing Youth Leaders Academy Program.

City of Las Cruces “News Release”

The program is a hands-on approach to learning about City government and the people who make the local municipality run efficiently.

Participants will take field trips to various City facilities while exploring career options within City government. They will also earn Certificates of completion for their commitment to the program. 

The Academy will take place from 1-4 p.m. daily from March 4 – 8, 2024, meeting at Las Cruces City Hall and travelling to others facilities.
