City of Las Cruces receives initial documentation from Memorial Medical Center

MMC has requested and been provided an extension. The City granted the extension as an acknowledgement of MMC’s good faith efforts to comply with the demand.

The City and Dona Ana County are meeting regularly with MMC in order to hold all parties accountable.
