You just need to be willing to sign a waiver on-site, dress in athletic attire and show up. There will be three opportunities; come to one or come to all:

Saturday, July 20 at 7:00 a.m.
Tuesday, July 23 at 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, July 25 at 7:00 a.m.
