Doña Ana County Detention Center Officers underwent Special Operations Response Team Training

For the past 6 weeks, these Officers underwent vigorous specialized training to become tactical operators on the Special Operations Response Team (SORT) at the Doña Ana County Detention Center.

SORT Operators can handle high-risk situations within the facility. They are required to maintain training and expertise to mitigate potential riots, facilitate evacuations, or alleviate a crisis.
