The City of Las Cruces announces that the Communication Office is the recipient of several video awards spanning a multitude of categories in the 46th Annual Telly Awards. The Telly Awards honors excellence in video and television across all screens and is judged by leaders from video platforms, television, streaming networks, production companies.

The Communications Office received seven total awards. Judges evaluate entries to recognize distinction in creative work and do not put entries against each other. Winning entries are placed into performance scales of Gold, Silver or Bronze based on combined scoring from judges. Top honors may be awarded to more than one entry in a particular category. 
  
Technical Operations Manager Adrian Guzman, Media Production Specialist Nathaniel Bitting, and Digital Content Specialist Cherish Pena worked with multiple City departments to create the content that was recognized.
