Fairacres Fire Station 12 Off to Flying Start

Doña Ana Fire Rescue was first on the scene and provided stabilization treatment to a person who received multiple stab wounds.

Sunday marked the groundbreaking of a new chapter as Doña Ana Fire Rescue transitions Station 12 from volunteer to full-staffed career firefighters, strengthening our commitment to the community. Here’s to building a stronger, safer future together!

First day on shift and Fire Station 12 is off to a busy start. DAFR crews responded to a medical call the 1900 block of Lt Ralph I Silva Street in Fairacres. DAFR was first on the scene and provided stabilization treatment to a person who received multiple stab wounds. Patient was transported to UMC by helicopter.
