Girls

The girls start the day early, at 9am when they face the Wildcats of Deming to start the season. The Wildcats are a Class 4A program, so by enrollment numbers alone, the Bears are going to have a challenging match for their home opener. Last year, the Wildcats finished 7-12-1 (3-2-1), earning them second in District 3/4A. Last year, the Bears went 7-13(5-3) and also finished second in District 3/4/5, Class A/3A.

Boys

The boys will also take on the Wildcats immediately following the girls’ match. The boys’ match is slated to begin at 11am. The Bears went 8-11-1(5-2-1) last year, and earned second in District 3/4, Class A/3A. The Deming Wildcats went 9-9-2 (1-4-1), ending up third in District 3/4A.
