Doña Ana County Fire Rescue’s very own Deputy Chief, Yvonne Feijoo, has been awarded the prestigious Chief Fire Officer designation by the Commission on Professional Credentialing®.

After an intense peer review process, this honor recognizes Chief Feijoo’s outstanding achievements in experience, education, professional development and more. She’s not only earned this distinction but is also the ONLY person in New Mexico to hold the Fire Marshal and Chief Training Officer credentials alongside it.
