The Organ Mountain High School Boys Basketball squad upended Roswell 79-70 in Round 1 of the 2024 State Basketball Championships. The 2nd-seeded Knights defended “the Castle” for one last time before they head to Albuquerque to face off with 7-seed Los Lunas at “the Pit” on Wednesday, March 13. The match is scheduled to start at 4:45.

The SonBlazers of Mesilla Valley Christian School fell to Melrose 51-36 in their 1st round match in the Class A tournament. The loss ends a hard-fought season that should be applauded for the effort it took to make this years championship tournament. Well done, SonBlazers!
