The City of Las Cruces is now accepting applications for a vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.

The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meets monthly to review and provide recommendations regarding operations, services, and planning related to parks, recreation areas, and programming throughout the city.

The Board is composed of seven members who are appointed by the Mayor and City Council. Each member serves a four-year term and is eligible for reappointment for one additional four-year term. Currently, there is one vacancy for an at-large position. Applicants must reside within the Las Cruces city limits to be eligible.
