DALLAS – For the second straight year, NM State’s Molly Kaiser has been given the Conference USA Winter Spirit of Service award and is among nine other recipients across the league. On Friday, Conference USA announced its Winter CUSA Spirit of Service honorees. The CUSA Spirit of Service award “honors student-athletes with significant community service endeavors, good academic standing and participation in their sport.”

Molly Kaiser currently sits with a 4.0 GPA in her final semester as a graduate student at New Mexico State University, planning on graduating with a business administration degree. She has participated in many different organizations, including TOTS Early Intervention and Day One home visiting programs, TOTS 45th Anniversary Celebration, Doña Ana Elementary International Walk to School Day, Southwest Organ Mountain Open – Pickleball Setup and reads to third graders at Doña Ana Elementary. Kaiser also led the league in scoring (20.5) in conference play and was recently named to the CSC All-Academic All-District list.
After finishing the season with her impressive scoring numbers and leading the conference in several categories, she was voted CUSA Player of the Year for the 2024-25 season in her collection of awards.
