Monte Vista Road Closure Planned in Las Cruces

Monte Vista Avenue, from south Solano Drive to south Locust Street, will be closed to traffic for approximately one week beginning Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024.

Access to residences and businesses will be maintained during the closure. Motorists are urged to follow all posted signs. The work and closure will not affect RoadRUNNER Transit or transit stops.

A Mountain Construction will be completing ADA improvements and the removal and replacement of asphalt pavement. This work will be in City Council District 2.
