The City’s Parks and Recreation Department has announced its schedule for the 2024 Movies in the Park Series.

Showtimes begin at dusk on June 1 with the showing of “Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom.” Movies will be shown on select Saturdays, through Sept. 21, at Young Park, 1905 E. Nevada Ave.
The movie schedule and Motion Picture Association rating includes:
- June 1 “Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom,” PG-13
- June 15 “Barbie,” PG-13
- June 29 “Wonka,” PG
- July 13 “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem,” PG
- July 27 “The Marvels,” PG-13
- Aug. 10 ”Five Nights at Freddy’s,” PG-13
- Aug. 24 “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,” PG-13
- Sept. 7 “Elemental,” PG
- Sept. 21 ”The Little Mermaid,” PG
All movies are free. Movie-goers can bring lawn chairs, blankets and other necessities. Food vendors typically set up nearby.
