While a San Francisco Bay Area native, his long family history in New Mexico drew him back. He now shares his passion for micro-greens with his loyal customers.

Home delivery is the finest option for day of harvest microgreens and lettuce greens. Using nothing but regenerative organic farming practices.
We are also available through New Mexico Harvest in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
We grow a wide variety available year round in Las Cruces at local owner operated stores, restaurants like Mezcla at Hotel Encanto and grocery stores like Toucan Market, FARMesilla and Elephant Ranch.

Operated by chef, musician, filmmaker and organic farmer Jayson Valencia whose Spanish/Italian and Native American heritage goes back for hundreds of years in Northern New Mexico. Jayson has been a cook and event chef for most of his life and recently has become a student of the soil food web, regenerative agriculture and permaculture practices. Jay also hosts a plant based resource podcast known as The Plantification Podcast. He talks with people who have been plant based, vegan or have suffered through illness and found living a predominantly plant based lifestyle was the solution to their problems.
