LAS CRUCES, N.M. – Four weeks after announcing a partnership with Wanda Bowman and Ashley Furniture to support the Hope to Dream program, NM State Athletics has successfully achieved its goal of providing 100 beds to children in need.
The Aggie Athletic Club secured one hundred $250 donations, allowing them to gift 100 beds to kids in the Las Cruces community.
Since its inception in 2010, Hope to Dream has donated over 140,000 beds to children nationwide, ensuring they have the comfort of a good night’s sleep. This year, children aged 3-12 from Las Cruces Public Schools will receive a complete bed set, including a mattress, bedspread, sheets, pillows, and a swag bag, all courtesy of Ashley Furniture.
The initiative was officially launched on Wednesday, Nov. 27, and NM State supporters have shown incredible generosity, making a meaningful impact on the community during the giving season.
