Bunch is one of just 25 individuals to be named to the fall watch list and is the only member of the list that does not compete for a Power Four program.

After being named one of 10 finalists for the 2023-24 ANNIKA Award, Bunch has continued to prove that she is among the nation’s elite golfers. Thus far, Bunch has submitted top-10 finishes in each of the Aggies’ three fall tournaments. This includes an individual title at the Golfweek Fall Challenge to open the year.

Bunch’s stellar play during the fall semester earned her three Conference USA Women’s Golfer of the Week honors. During the fall season, Bunch played nine total tournament rounds and posted an average 18-hole score of 70.8, including a low round of 66 in Pawley’s Island, S.C.

Additionally, during the Aggies’ match play event at Twin Warriors Golf Course, Bunch earned a 4&3 win over New Mexico’s Maria Garcia while also earning a tie with No. 15 Paula Martin Sampedro of Stanford.

Bunch and the Aggies will return to action on Fab. 15 when they travel to Palm Desert, Calif., to compete in the Allie & John Wallace Classic hosted by Long Beach State University.

About the ANNIKA Award presented by Stifel
Created in 2014, the ANNIKA Award presented by Stifel is annually given to the top female Division 1 collegiate golfer. The winner is voted on by players, coaches and members of the college golf media.

Named for Annika Sorenstam, the award was created in partnership with the Haskins Foundation to acknowledge the top female golfer and to match the Haskins Award presented by Stifel, which acknowledges the top male Division I collegiate golfer. Ingrid Lindblad (LSU) became the 11th ANNIKA Award winner in 2024.
