A video of today’s 5A golf action was posted on Cruces.TV, a Las Cruces Digest affiliate. Representing our broader community, Organ Mountain High School Sophomore, Eleanor Warren shot a solid 75 in her first round. She is three strokes behind Madison Long of Volcano Vista. She will tee off Round 2 at 9:30.

Meanwhile, at the New Mexico Tech Golf Course, Mesilla Valley Christian School Boys Golf has earned a twenty stroke lead in team play in the combined A-3A Championship. Team leader tops the board with a Round 1 75, helped by solid play by Tanner Gentry who sits tied for third with 80.
