Playground Replacement at Parks in Las Cruces

The City of Las Cruces Parks and Recreation Department will begin replacing playgrounds at East Mesa Park, 5589 Porter Drive; Pioneer Woman’s Park, 500 W. Las Cruces Ave.; and Vlachakis Park, 2800 Missouri Ave., on March 24, 2025. The playgrounds will be temporarily closed during construction.

The project is expected to last six to eight weeks, with each playground taking approximately seven to 14 days to complete.
