In the Class A-3A Boys tournament, Mesilla Valley Christian continued what they had begun the day before at Riverview Golf Club in Kirkland, NM. They showed how team play does not rely on a single superstar, but on solid play from every member of the team.

The Girls 5A Championship went to Piedra Vista’s Annie Yost who put on a clinic in Round Two, shooting a tournament low 66 and besting her Round One performance by five strokes. Organ Mountain’s Eleanor Warren played consistently well over the two rounds, and landed squarely in second place.
