Through innovation and efficiency, the 30-person team significantly enhanced the White House’s communications infrastructure and operational efficiency for the Presidential Information Technology Committee. They minimized disruption to White House Complex operations by moving IT equipment in 576 offices within an unprecedented 18-days. This achievement represents a 20% reduction in typical turnaround time.

In addition to assisting with the move, the team implemented a state-of-the-art IT asset tracking system, ensuring 100% accountability for over $11 million in equipment. The new system is projected to save the White House approximately $1.7 million.

Beyond these tangible achievements, the teams, led by Willie Davis, DISA telecommunications specialist, U.S. Navy Cmdr. Lindsay Cosentino and U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Quan Holmes, fostered a culture of continuous improvement within WHCA, increasing task completion efficiency by 50%.

As a result, WHCA delivered uninterrupted and secure communication services for the president, vice president and senior White House staff in under 100 hours. The team’s efforts significantly advanced the White House Complex’s operational readiness and security posture.
