Sage Cafe Expansion Phase One in Las Cruces

Construction will take place at Sage Café, 6121 Reynolds Drive, for the expansion of the building. Concrete will need to be placed to form the foundation of the building. Concrete trucks begin mobilizing at 3 a.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024. Due to the extreme heat concrete needs to be placed during the early hours while the temperatures are still cool enough to ensure successful application.

Work is expected to start June 28, 2024 and is expected to be completed by 9 a.m. on the same day. This project is in City Council District 6.
