Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Detectives are asking the public for help in identifying the man seen in the attached surveillance image.

During the early morning hours before sunrise Thursday, May 9, 2024, this man was seen using a sledge hammer to break off the ends of several copper drain pipes at District Court, 201 W. Picacho. He placed the pieces of broken pipe into a bag and walked south on Alameda.
