This week, we celebrated 4 incredible students across Las Cruces Public Schools for showing what it truly means to thrive — through kindness, effort, and heart.

City and LCPS leaders surprised each honoree with a special visit, gifting them with a certificate and a Thrive with Cariño T-shirt, while their classmates received flashlights and sunglasses— because their future is BRIGHT and full of possibility!

Congrats to Elizabeth, Vida, Makayla and Noah.

This collaboration between the City of Las Cruces and LCPS is all about recognizing our students for doing their best, showing they can Thrive in the classroom and show cariño for others, and lighting the way for their peers.
