Las Cruces Public Schools proudly celebrated the achievements of graduating seniors during the 2025 McKinney-Vento Senior Recognition Ceremony, held Thursday in partnership with the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico.
The event recognized the hard work, perseverance, and academic success of students experiencing housing instability. Each graduate was honored for their dedication leading up to this major milestone and for their commitment to continuing their education at colleges and universities of their choice.
Thanks to the generosity of local community sponsors, students were gifted with essential items to support their next steps—laptops, laptop covers, backpacks, and more. These meaningful contributions play a vital role in ensuring that every student has the tools they need to succeed, even beyond graduation.
