INDIANAPOLIS – Conference USA women’s golf champion WKU earned the 10th seed in the Lexington Regional, while three CUSA individual student-athletes have qualified to compete in the 2025 NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Regionals, as announced by the Division I Women’s Golf Committee on Wednesday.

The Lady Toppers won the Conference USA crown for the first time in program history, at World Golf Village Slammer and Squire Golf Course in St. Augustine, Florida, back on April 16, to earn the league’s automatic bid, and WKU will take on a talented field at Keene Trace Golf Club in Lexington, Kentucky.

New Mexico State’s Emma Bunch is also headed to the Lexington Regional, while Sam Houston’s Grace Jin and Amelia Guo will play in the Norman Regional.
Regional play will take place May 5-7 at six regional sites, with 396 participants and each site featuring 12 teams and six individuals. The top five teams (30 teams total) and the low individual not on an advancing team (six individuals total) from each regional site will advance to compete in the national championships to be played May 16-21 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Championship play will be hosted by Texas, with the final three days of the championships televised live by the GOLF Channel.
Lexington Regional Site
The Lexington Regional will be played at Keene Trace Golf Club in Lexington, Kentucky and will be hosted by Kentucky.
