Prep Soccer: Local Teams Take to the Championship Pitch Starting Today—Ladies First

2025 Santa Teresa High School Desert Warriors

Local high school soccer leads prep sports into championship season with one school district announcing its presence with authority. Gadsden ISD captured three of the areas four district championships in the two highest classes. The Santa Teresa Boys and Girls teams captured District 3/4A honors, and the Gadsden Boys took the top spot in District 3/5A. The only district champions not from Gadsden ISD were the Organ Mountain Girls team who took top honors in District 3/5A.

Additional Information Specific to Members of the Media:

• All WORKING media with a valid 2025-2026 NMAA Media Credential will be granted access to cover the event
• Photographers must be at least five yards behind the sidelines to shoot
• Photographers may not shoot from behind the goals
• All other media members must follow the above guidelines for photographers
• There will not be a “hospitality room”
